The purpose of the event is to introduce science and creative innovation to primarily children and their families. It was an excellent outreach opportunity to bring new interest to both HAM RADIO  and  CERT programs. There were plenty of hands on opportunities for children and adults to actually get on the air and try their hand at sending Morse Code. Multimedia presentations of space communications, Tsunami simulations and preparedness skills were presented. Overall, it was a great success. Here is a new  future CERT now!
